Outpatient clinic marketing

In our university hospital,we have two outpatient clinics daily for gastroenterology and hepatology....but because most of our patients suffering from hepatic diseases ,actually most of clinics activity serve such cases , so,we decide to open a third clinic for gastrointestinal diseases ,mostly inflammtory bowel disease ... the question is how to attract our patients attension about the new activity ..
